“Everybody ought to know who Jesus is…”
Jesus said, go you into all the world and preach the gospel… that’s our church mission! In addition to our local events, visiting homes and hospitals, concerts/plays and our seasonal celebrations in local shopping centres (Wimbledon, Sutton, Mitcham), we use every opportunity to share the love of Christ; from weekly prayer walks, joining our local rambling group and making pottery with the local residents.

Sowing Seeds of Kindness
Christmas for many is a time of sharing gifts, love and being with your loved ones but sadly, this is not the case for everyone. Last year our pastor, set out to ensure the children at St George’s Hospital, who were inpatients over the Christmas period, could share in God’s love in the form of a gift.
When the announcement was made to bring a gift for the children at the hospital (strict criteria applied of course), the parents and children from our local assembly rose to the challenge. Sunday after Sunday, the gifts came flooding in. Wow, what a response! We were able to bless the play centre and the children’s wards in the Lanesborough Wing.
